Ninjago fight - Concept

Concept art for an animation project.

I really don't want to use existing characters for the project (I'd rather be original), but I'm feeling uninspired with my art/ideas so I want to make a big fanart to help motivate me to actually get started. Seeing as this'll be my first video done in Flash, I need to first see where I stand in it before I can know what I need to practice on. That's basically what's going down here.
